Rod Francis started Award Annexes in 1990 after he realised there was a growing demand for on site accomodation throughout Victoria. Rod began building annexes in 1985 and along with his wife Renee and brother in law David they now have over 50 years combined experience in building and design of aluminium annexes. To meet the need of busy working familys our showroom is open 7 days a week.
In 1998 Rod was the first to design freestanding and Park units made purely from annexe materials. Award Annexes is the only accreddited member of the Caravan Industry Association.

consisting of a central core of polystyrene sandwiched between pre-finished aluminium and plywood. Individually designed to suit your needs.
Our annexes fully comply with the Victorianregulations - Schedule 1 of the Caravan Parks and Moveable Dwellings regulations 2010 and NSW ordinance 71.All our annexes come with a Victorian or NSW Complience plate.
